A prominent upper-level window aperture provides a focal point of transparency against the solid massing, while a thin-profile timber pergola offers delicate architectural shading. By balancing expansive, smooth plaster surfaces with these tactile, organic textures, the project creates a sophisticated and serene street presence that exemplifies modern luxury through restrained geometry and material honesty.
