S013
This residence is a bold exploration of verticality and material contrast, anchored by two soaring glass apertures that define the home’s primary circulation and social zones. The architecture is composed of staggered, rough-cast concrete volumes that are artfully bisected by a dramatic, full-height timber-clad recessed entry, creating a warm and monumental threshold. Strategically placed vertical louvers on the upper level provide a rhythmic architectural screen that balances natural light infiltration with residential privacy, while a deep-set cantilevered roof plane offers a sharp, modern silhouette against the skyline. By integrating expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing with grounded, monolithic masonry, the project delivers a highly sculptural living environment that celebrates structural clarity and a sophisticated, organic material palette.
