A study in vertical integration, centered around a monumental double-height glass aperture that serves as the primary conduit for natural light across both living levels. The building’s massing is defined by a rigorous arrangement of interlocking concrete planes and rhythmic timber screenings, which work in tandem to create a facade that is both structurally assertive and environmentally responsive. By prioritizing this expansive central glazing, the design fosters a sense of internal volume and airy connectivity, while deep-set balconies and cantilevered overhangs provide essential solar protection. Finished with recessed architectural lighting and a warm, organic material palette, this residence offers a sophisticated urban retreat that celebrates the intersection of transparency, privacy, and contemporary form
